What data we process
Through the contact form we process the data you provide voluntarily: name, phone number, optionally email, city/location and message text.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry.
Recipients and processors
To deliver email notifications from the form we use the Resend service (Resend, Inc.). The chat assistant is operated by Blue Yasuo Consulting, s. r. o. (chatbotnamieru.sk) using an OpenAI model; traffic and advertising measurement is provided by Google Ireland Ltd., both only with your consent. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Retention period
We keep the data only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and thereafter for the period required by law. If no cooperation follows, we delete the data without undue delay.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser storage under Section 109(5) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Essential technologies always run; analytics and marketing ones only after your explicit consent in the cookie bar. Consent is not a condition of using the site and rejecting is as easy as accepting.
Essential: the record of your cookie choice (browser storage, key “bajbar-cookie-consent”, valid 12 months). The chat assistant on our site stores nothing until you yourself agree to start a conversation inside it; details are in the Chat assistant section below.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd.): cookies _ga and _ga_* (2 years) distinguish visitors and measure traffic in aggregate. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Marketing (Google Ads, Google Ireland Ltd.): cookies _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (3 months) and doubleclick.net cookies measure whether you arrived from an ad and whether the ad led to an enquiry. Without your consent the Google Ads tag is not loaded at all.
Changing or withdrawing consent: at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Withdrawal takes effect immediately, stored Google cookies are removed and measurement stops. We ask for consent again after 12 months.
Chat assistant
The site has an AI chat assistant that answers questions about our services. You are talking to an AI system, not a person. The assistant is operated for us by Blue Yasuo Consulting, s. r. o., company ID 53199341, Bratislava (the chatbotnamieru.sk service) as a processor under a data processing agreement; we are the controller towards you.
The assistant runs in its own frame on the chatbotnamieru.sk domain. Until you agree inside it to start a conversation, it stores and sends nothing. After consent it keeps a consent record (12 months) and a session identifier (valid 30 minutes after the last message) in that domain's browser storage. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Conversation content and the session identifier are stored on servers in the EU for 12 months. Replies are generated by an OpenAI (USA) model; messages are passed to it for processing and OpenAI retains them for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Your IP address is used only for rate limiting and stays in technical logs for at most 6 months.
Do not type data into the chat that is not needed to answer your question. You can withdraw consent via the link inside the assistant window, which deletes the data in your browser. To have an already sent conversation erased, contact us at the address above.
